Leavings of a Life Lived in LLEW

Welcome

I have been hanging around the ‘Lived and Living Experience Workforce’ in Victoria, Australia for a while.

I’ve worked in numerous health services for some decades and throiugh a bunch of name changes – Consumer Participation/Consumer Worker/Peer Worker/Lived Experience/Lived and Living Experience.

In that time, in between being inspired by the comrades among whom I have been priviliged to work, and grinding my teeth at the pace of change, I have developed a bunch of different resources and opinion pieces.

This site is just a place to post them, and perhaps some newly written stuff.

I do this in the earnest hope that some of the pieces here may be helpful to others who are attempting to promote and live recovery and autonomy inside a system that is still an uncomfortable and somethimes risky environment.
